If the doctor is using an iPad or iPhone, it might not have sync'ed the data yet or maybe it's offline.

Sometimes, sync just doesn't complete because something is interrupting the internet connection.

The most likely culprits:

  • Unstable internet connection
  • OR the iPad/iPhone is going into sleep mode.

Sometimes, the device might have a lot more data to sync than usual, so it will take longer.

To remedy this, please do the following on the doctor's device (iOS11)

  • Go to “Settings”
  • Tap "Display & Brightness"
  • "Auto lock"
  • Select "Never" or at the least, set to 15 Minutes

For iOS 9 and 10:

  • Go to “Settings”
  • Tap "General"
  • "Auto lock"
  • Select "Never" or at the least, set to 15 Minutes

That will stop the device from sleeping, so it can complete syncing and you will be able to see the data on your account.

If syncing is stuck in the doctor's device, try closing the app by tapping the home button twice and swiping up. Then open SeriousMD again.

Do not, by any means, delete the SeriousMD app.
