We built the app with a core process in mind while making it adaptable to different scenarios even with staff. 

It’s basically:

  1. add patient 
  2. queue/schedule
  3. patient notes as needed
  4. schedule next appointment
  5. bill the patient

Once you’re familiar with that, you’ll start to notice other things that can further cut down time looking at the screen to maximize your time.
