For the timeblocks, just go to your calendar and you'll see the blue + button at the top left.
You can schedule all day events or single events or recurring events
You can also set reminders to notify you via SMS etc
If you add a patient to the queue and specify that you want to add the appointment to the calendar, it will tell you if there's a conflict.
