You can also create it and save it to your list of favorites.

Step 1: Open the patient record and click on the + icon

Step 2: Search for Prescription

Step 3: Click Add Medication

Step 4: Input the details and toggle on Add to Favorites

Step 5: It is now saved and added to your list under Favorites
