One of the main goals of the NowServing directory is to match patients with doctors that will be able to attend to them.

If the patient books and their booking ends up being ignored, that does not lead to a good patient experience, which then leads to patients complaining, leaving negative reviews everywhere and this affects not just you but other users in NowServing.

With this, the system has an automated way of showing profiles based on performance. Your profile may temporarily get delisted from the directory due to low acceptance rate but you are still bookable using your direct link.
