On the Printer:
Step 1: Connect to Wifi
Press the Menu button
Press up or down arrow keys to select the following:
Select [Network]. Press OK
Select [WLAN]. Press OK
Select [Setup Wizard]. Press OK
Select the Wifi Network name you are using. Press OK
Enter the password for the wifi
Once successful, you will see the screen say [Connected]
Note that Airprint works only when your device (iPad or iPhone) is connected to the same network as to where the printer is connected.
Step 2: Paper Size:
Press the Menu button.
Press up or down arrow keys to select the following:
Select [General Setup]. Press OK.
Select [Tray Setting]. Press OK.
Select [Paper Size]. Press OK.
Select the paper size "Letter" option. Press OK.
Press Stop/Exit.
Load the paper horizontally like this image below and select Half Page during printing.
