You can create a backup of your records by going to My Medical's settings and clicking "Create an Archive". All data in the app is backed up in a one big file which you can then email to yourself for safekeeping. You can also back up individual records by choosing a record and clicking the "Archive" button at the bottom of the main list of categories.

Once you have that file, please let us know and we’ll get that imported to your account.
