I believe that there's no way to export your whole database from Medclipper.

That is often the issue with free apps. There might be a way to export 1 by 1 though. 

I suggest contacting the support team of Medclipper to get an export request processed but if that doesn't work out, contact our team, we'll see what we can do to help.
